Our Products are sold legally in the United States and labeled and marketed as 'Nutritional Supplements' only.

Under current 2007-2008 changes in FDA, EPA and DSHEA regulations, we only market our colloidal products, salves and gels as 'dietary or nutritional supplements only' and we make no medical claims as to their usefulness. Please consult your Doctor before starting any alternative therapy program.

We make no cure or medical claims. The consumer needs to know the facts that some marketing schemes and flu-by-night 'nutritional supplements' can actually harm you or your family. Per FDA guidelines, the maker has labeled each bottle as a nutritional supplement only. Pride Labs and Nature's Spirit label each bottle with this information and that it may be used for oral ingestion.

"The FDA is aware that Internet distributors may not know that the products they offer are regulated as drugs or that these drugs are not in compliance with the law."
